摘要
本文提出一种基于卡板加载的六自由度静定约束的复合材料平尾静强度试验方法,通过卡板加载手段,有效解决了复合材料结构难以承受较大面外载荷和试验中无损检测遮挡问题。通过特殊工装对平尾进行六自由度静定约束,实时监控支反力,实现试验载荷的准确施加。试验数据表明,该试验方法科学有效,为类似复合材料结构静强度、疲劳强度试验提供了技术支持。
In this paper,a static strength test method of composite material with six-degree-of-freedom statically determinate constraints based on card loading system is presented,by means of clamp loading,the problem that composite structures are difficult to withstand large out-of-plane loads and non-destructive testing occlusion in tests is effectively solved;and Six-degree-of-freedom statically constraints are applied to the flat tail by special tooling to monitor the reaction force in real time and to realize the exact exertion of test load.Physical test data show that the test method is scientific and effective,which provides technical support for static strength and fatigue strength tests of similar composite structures.
