Application of Strain Gauge in Preload Test of Shock Absorber

双筒式油压减振器已经推广为世界标准减振器。减振器封口质量是保证减振器使用寿命的前提。通过对减振器预紧力测试方法进行理论分析,结合工厂实际开发的产品进行试验验证,得出了封口预紧力的测试方法。结果表明:方法简单可行,具有实际工程意义。

The twin-tube oil damper is the world-wide standard.The sealing quality of shock absorber is the premise to ensure the service life of shock absorber.Through theoretical analysis of the test method of pre-tightening force of shock absorber and test verification of the products developed in factories,the test method of sealing pre-tightening force is obtained.The results show that the method is simple and feasible,and provides practical engineering significance.
