摘要 GD414单组分室温硫化硅橡胶固化过程中必须吸收水分,如果操作不当,会导致不能固化的现象。为了更好应用GD414室温硫化硅橡胶,特做试验验证。进行了GD414室温硫化硅橡胶在端面厚层密封施工方法和GD414室温硫化硅橡胶在螺纹密封施工方法试验。试验结果表明,GD414室温硫化硅橡胶在端面厚层密封时,应分次涂覆,每次涂覆2~3mm,固化后,再涂覆下一层。GD414室温硫化硅橡胶在大且配合长度长的螺纹密封时,应只涂其中一个零件。 GD414 one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber must absorb moisture during the curing process.If it is not properly operated,it will not be cured.In order to better apply GD414 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,special test is carried out.The GD414 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber was applied in the end face thick layer sealing construction method and the GD414 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber was tested in the thread sealing construction method.The test results show that the GD414 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber should be applied in several layers when the end face is thickly sealed.Each time it is coated with 2~3 mm,after curing,the next layer is applied.GD414 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber should be coated with only one of the parts when it is large and fits with a long thread seal.
