摘要
根据试验不同工况需求,选择机身框作为飞机支持。对机身框支持接头进行有限元分析,并进行强度校核,结果表明其完全能够满足试验支持要求,且得到了该接头所能承受的最大载荷。依据最大载荷设计了机身框支持方式所需主要部件的结构,以满足机身框支持方式需求。
For the test piece lacking the right outer wing part,due to the large and complicated butt joint and the test load is large,which brings great difficulty to the application of the wing load.Therefore the independent loading clamp is designed for the joints,and the actual loading point load is reduced by extending the loading force line spacing.The finite element method is used to analyze the fixture,and the strength of the fixture and the load joint is checked.The results show that the structural strength of the fixture can fully meet the test requirements.
