摘要
针对起落架试验特点,设计一种自平衡框架系统,集试验加载系统、支持夹具、一体化检查平台和加载油路系统于一体,采用有限元方法对框架进行强度分析,结果表明,框架结构强度完全能够满足试验需求。同时,对支持夹具进行强度校核,表明试验件支持点的局部强度满足试验需求。该一体化框架已经成功应用于某型起落架疲劳试验,完全满足该试验的各项指标要求。
According to the characteristics of the landing gear test,a self-balancing frame system is designed,which integrates the test loading system,the supporting fixture,the integrated inspection platform and the loading oil system.The strength analysis of the frame is carried out by the finite element method.The strength of the crucible can fully meet the test needs.At the same time,the strength of the supporting fixture is checked,indicating that the local strength of the supporting point of the test piece meet the test requirements.The integrated framework has been successfully applied to a certain type of landing gear fatigue test,and fully meeting the various indicators of the test.
