多路液压作动缸电磁阀供电系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 在飞机结构静强度/疲劳试验中,电液伺服作动缸作为载荷施加的执行机构被广泛采用,其特点是动态响应特性好、静态精度高、稳定性好、成本低、硬件少、可重复使用、易维护等。电液伺服作动缸需要给电磁换向阀提供24V/1A的电压,保证其正常工作。在飞机结构强度试验中,电液伺服作动缸使用较多,规模可达几十甚至上百台。因此,需要设计一套可远程控制的供电系统,其既能接受控制系统的远程控制信号,又能保证所有电液伺服作动缸的正常供电需求。 In the aircraft structural static strength/fatigue test,electro-hydraulic servo actuating cylinder is widely used as the actuator for loading,which is characterized by good dynamic characteristics,high static precision,good stability,low cost,less hardware,reusable,good maintainability,etc.Electro-hydraulic servo actuating cylinder need to provide 24V/1A voltage to the electromagnetic reversing value to ensure its normal work.In the structural strength test of aircraft,the number of electro-hydraulic servo actuating cylinder is large,and the scale can reach dozens or more than one hundred.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of power supply system that can be remotely controlled,which can not only accept the remote control signal of the control system,but also ensure the normal power supply demand of all electro-hydraulic servo actuating cylinders.
