摘要
基于当今急需解决实际采油及炼油过程中所存在的管道腐蚀风险,本课题组研制了基于撬装模式下的高危险服役环境的环路试验装置,此套装置可模拟400℃、100m/s及任意角度冲刷等高危险实际工况。为了稳定地实现装置的上述功能,针对装置的管路系统、加热系统、介质储存系统及控制系统等子系统均作了特殊设计,并对装置的安全及环保作了具体的解决方案。另外,本套装置是基于撬装模式开发的,装置立体布置,在有限空间内满足了技术参数的要求,相关科研机构只需拥有简单的水、电条件即可安装本装置,无需复杂的安装过程,从而以最快的时间开展研究工作。
Based on today’s urgent need to solve pipeline corrosion risk in actual oil production and refining process,this research developed a loop test device based on skid-mounted for simulating high risk service environment,this device can simulate 400 ℃,100 m/s and any angle of scour,such dangerous actual working condition.In order to achieve stable device of the above functions,for the device,the pipeline system,heating system,medium storage system and control system and other subsystems were made of special design,and the concrete solution was made for the safety of the device and the environmental protection.In particular,this set of device was developed on the basis of skid-mounted mode.The three-dimensional arrangement of the device met the requirements of technical parameters in a limited space.Relevant scientific research institutions can install the device with simple water and electricity conditions without complicated installation process,so as to carry out research work in the fastest time.
