飞机气候环境试验室APU尾气排放测控系统设计

摘要 以某型飞机APU尾气排放系统控制需求、试验环境参数采集为研究对象,完成了尾气排放测控系统的设计。采用西门子PLC控制器实现尾气排放系统控制以及尾气参数监测,通过数据采集系统对试验环境温度进行采集,以WinCC组态软件作为上位机开发环境,并利用OPC技术实现了尾气排放控制系统、数据采集系统的综合集成。测控系统人机界面友好,运行可靠,具有良好的开放性和扩展性,能满足飞机气候试验APU开车需要。 The design of exhaust emission measurement and control system is completed by taking the control requirements and test parameters of APU exhaust emission system of a certain aircraft as the research object.The system adopts SIEMENS PLC to control the exhaust emission system and monitor exhaust parameters.The temperature of the test environment is collected through the data acquisition system.WinCC configuration software is used as the upper computer development environment,and OPC technology is used to realize the comprehensive integration of exhaust emission control system and data acquisition.The HMI of the measurement and control system is friendly,reliable and has good openness and expansibility,which can meet the needs of the APU for the aircraft climate test.
