摘要
针对某轻客的共振问题,通过整车频谱实验、白车身的有限元模态分析及模态实验,识别出其原因为车轮转动1阶激励频率与白车身固有频率接近而引起整车共振。应用模态贡献率方法,对车身结构进行改进,从而改善了整车NVH性能。
Aiming at the resonance problem of a light bus,through the vehicle spectrum test,the finite element modal analysis and modal test of the body-in-white,the author identifies that the reason is the firstorder excitation frequency of wheel rotation nearing the natural frequency of the body-in-white,which causes the vehicle resonance.He uses the modal contribution method to improve the body-in-white structure,and so the NVH performance of the vehicle is perfected.
