自配试剂测定选矿废水中COD的实验研究

Experimental study on Determination of COD in ore dressing wastewater with self-made reagent

选矿废水中的COD测定,使用进口COD试剂价格昂贵。为了降低COD测定成本,减少环境污染,开发研究了COD测定仪适用的COD试剂,该自配试剂通过COD标准样品的实验验证,并和进口试剂测定结果相比较,结果表明,用自配试剂测定COD,当COD含量在50mg/l^1500mg/l之间时,采用该方法的相对标准偏差为0.28%~3.00%。符合HJ/T399—2007的要求。

It is expensive to use imported cod reagent in the determination of COD in ore dressing wastewater.In order to reduce the cost of COD determination and environmental pollution,the COD reagent suitable for COD detector was developed and studied.The self-made reagent was verified by the experiment of COD standard sample and compared with the results of imported reagent.The results showed that when the content of COD was between 50mg/L and 1500mg/L,the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.28%~3.00%.Meet the requirements of HJ/t399-2007.
