摘要
在配电网产生单相接地故障时,系统还能够带电运行2 h或以上。对于现阶段存在的这种状况,应该加以重视,需分析单相接地故障影响配电网电源侧以及负荷侧电能计量回路的情况。假设分别在负荷侧以及电源侧安装电能计量的装置,制作出单相接地故障产生后电能计量回路的物理数学模型,对模型进行系统分析,最后可知产生单相接地故障不会影响负荷侧的电能计量回路,但会影响电源侧的电能计量回路。
When the single-phase ground fault occurs in the distribution network,the system can run live for two hours or more.For the current situation,attention should be paid to this content.In view of this situation,analysis should be made on the influence of single-phase grounding fault on the power supply side and load side of the power metering circuit of the distribution network.It assumes that in lateral load and power supply side of the installation of electric energy metering device,to produce single phase ground fault generated after physical mathematical model of electric energy metering circuit,an analysis of the system model,the last known to produce single phase grounding fault will not affect the load side draw electricity measurement circuit,but will affect the electricity measurement circuit of power supply side.
