摘要
随着超高压交流电力输电网络建设的全面加速、非常规能源的快速发展及电力商业化改革的深入,输电网络调度算法运转正进入一个新的阶段。在此阶段,电网整合的特点变得更加明显。这对调度自动化提出了新的要求,迫切需要加强信息感知和相似性,提供4种支持功能,包括在线电网分析、精益调度管理及深度数据应用等。以云计算为代表的新一代信息技术已逐渐趋于成熟,为电网“调控云”提供了发展的可行性。
The comprehensive speed-up of UHV AC-DC power grid construction,the rapid development of new energy,and the deepening of power market reform,grid operation is entering a new era and a new stage.At this stage,the characteristics of grid integration have become more obvious,and new requirements have been put forward for dispatch automation.There is an urgent need to improve information support and synchronization,grid online analysis,scheduling management lean,and data depth application.The new generation of information technology represented by cloud computing has gradually matured,providing the development feasibility of the power grid“dispatching and Control Cloud”.
