摘要
能耗成本高是影响海水淡化应用发展的主要因素。因此,研究提出了一种非并网风能供电系统在海岛反渗透海水淡化工程的设计和应用方式。此种模式下,系统可通过风力发电功率预测和蓄电池剩余电量总供电功率与取水模块、反渗透模块及产水模块耗电功率进行比较分析,从而判断反渗透海水淡化系统设备的运行模式。该系统能进行全模块运行和分模块运行自动切换,以降低海水淡化系统设备的频繁启停次数及能耗成本,保障海水淡化系统设备的连续可靠运行。
High energy consumption and high cost are the main factors affecting the development of seawater desalination application.It proposes a design and application mode of non-grid wind power supply system in island reverse osmosis seawater desalination project.Under this mode,the system can make a comparative analysis between the total power supply of wind power generation and the power consumption of water intake module,reverse osmosis module and water production module,so as to judge the operation mode of reverse osmosis desalination system equipment,and to automatically switch between full module operation and sub-module operation,thus reducing the frequency of start-up and shutdown and energy consumption cost of desalination system equipment,and ensuring the establishment of desalination system,it is ready for continuous and reliable operation.
