摘要 2019年,国家电力部门提出了建设“三型两网、世界一流”战略目标。泛在电力物联网作为国家电网的第二大网,是加快新能源取代旧能源,实现国家电力建设突破发展的重要举措,因此要全力开展各项合作措施,深化信息通信技术改革,为泛在电力物联网建设提供有力的技术支撑。从物联网定义、泛在电力物联网特性、泛在电力物联网的技术要求进行分析,强调信息通信技术在泛在电力物联网建设中的重要性。 In 2019,the national power department put forward the strategic goal of building a“three-type,twonetwork,world-class”,and the ubiquitous power Internet of Things as the second largest network of the national grid,is to accelerate the replacement of old energy by new energy,and achieve breakthrough development of national power construction.The important measures must fully carry out various cooperative measures,deepen the reform of information and communication technology,and provide strong technical support for the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things.This paper analyzes the definition of Internet of Things,the characteristics of ubiquitous power Internet of Things,and the technical requirements of ubiquitous power Internet of Things,and emphasizes the importance of information and communication technology in the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.
