小扁豆种质资源主要农艺性状和品质性状的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 对5份地方特色小扁豆资源的农艺性状、品质性状进行相关性分析和评价。结果表明:不同小扁豆种质资源主要农艺性状的变异系数存在较大差异,花的旗瓣色的变异系数最大,达到74.69%,其次是单株产量,变异系数为54.89%。与产量关系密切的单株荚数和单株产量2个农艺性状均与株高呈显著正相关,单株产量与每果节荚数、百粒重呈显著正相关;与可溶性总糖含量等品质性状呈显著正相关的有每花序花数、每果节荚数,与可溶性总糖、游离氨基酸、果糖、可溶性糖、葡萄糖等品质性状呈显著负相关的有初花节位、初荚节位和荚长。 This paper analyzed and evaluated the agronomic and quality traits of five local lentils(Lens culinaris)resources.The results showed that there were significant differences between the coefficients of variation of the main agronomic traits of different lentils germplasm resources.The flower’s flag color had the largest coefficient of variation,reaching 74.69%.The coefficient of variation of yield per plant was 54.89%.Both the number of pods per plant and yield per plant were significantly positive correlation with plant height,and the yield per plant was significantly positive correlation with the number of pods per fruit and 100-seed weight.The number of flowers per inflorescence and the number of pods per fruit were significantly positive correlation with total soluble sugar.Initial flower node,initial pod node and pod length were significantly negative correlation with total soluble sugar,free amino acids,fructose,soluble sugar and glucose contents.
