有机氯农药污染土壤异位热脱附修复研究 被引量:18

摘要 运用自主研发的异位热脱附设备,通过场地中试试验,研究该设备在热脱附加热温度、热脱附停留时间和热脱附土壤粒径上对土壤有机污染物去除效率的影响,验证该设备在设定工艺条件下的运行效率。结果表明:加热温度450℃,停留时间20 min,该设备对土壤中污染物处理效果最佳,修复之后的污染物未检出,去除效率达到100%。粒径<10 mm土壤热脱附后的污染物浓度低于粒径<30 mm土壤,土壤粒径越小有机污染物去除效率越高。该中试试验结果表明异位热脱附技术对有机氯农药污染土壤有很好的修复效果。 Taking the soil of a chemical industry relocation site in Zhuzhou as the research object,using the self-developed heterotopic thermal desorption equipment,through the pilot test on the site,the effect of the equipment on the removal efficiency of soil organic pollutants on the heating temperature,thermal desorption residence time and thermal desorption soil particle size of thermal desorption was studied,and the operation efficiency of the equipment under the set process conditions was verified.The results showed that the equipment had the best effect on the treatment of pollutants in the soil when the heating temperature was 450℃ and the residence time was 20 minutes,the removal efficiency reached 100%.The pollutant concentration of soil with particle size less than 10 mm was lower than that of soil with particle size less than 30 mm.The smaller the soil particle size is,the higher the removal efficiency of organic pollutants is.The pilot test results showed that the heterotopic thermal desorption technology had a good remediation effect on organochlorine pesticide contaminated soil.
