“1+X”制度下高职院校信息技术人才培养模式的改革探索

The Reform of the Mode of Information Technology Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the“1+X”

随着国家对高职教育的重视度越来越高,高职院校人才培养的根本使命在日益凸显,为国家、为市场提供技能型人才的期望也愈加迫切,高职院校人才培养模式亟需寻求改革。以信息技术专业人才培养模式改革为目标,对"校企合作"的现状进行分析,结合"1+X"证书制度提出了若干改革措施。

With the increasing emphasis of the state on the higher vocational education, the fundamental mission of the talent training in higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more urgent. In the light of the reform of the talent cultivation mode of the information technology, the current situation of the "school-and-enterprise cooperation" is analyzed, and some reform measures are put forward in combination with the "1+X" certificate system.
