IPTV监管系统的建设思路

Research on IPTV Supervisory System Construction

本文结合江西省交互式网络电视(IPTV)监管系统一期工程的实际情况,提出了IPTV监管系统的总体建设思路。以省广播电视局作为广播电视行业监管工作的责任主体,建设江西省IPTV监管系统,部署监管系统基础云平台、IPTV业务管理平台、省级播控平台(二级)信息采集前端、用户端(六级)信息采集前端以及画面云调度系统,保障IPTV信号监测的实时性、准确性、安全性、可靠性。

Based on the situation of the first-stage project of interactive IPTV supervision system in Jiangxi Province, this paper proposes a general construction of IPTV supervision system. The Administration of Radio and Television of Jiangxi Province is taken as the main responsibilities for the supervision of radio and television industry. The IPTV supervision system in Jiangxi Province is constructed. The supervision system cloud platform, the IPTV business management platform, the information collection front-end of the provincial broadcasting platform(Level 2), the information collection front-end of the user end(Level 6) and cloud-view control system are all deployed to ensure the real-time, accuracy, security and reliability of IPTV signal monitoring.
