Research on Non-taped Broadcasting Scheme for Film and TV Series Based on NLE Technology

本文针对传统影视剧素材制作播出模式存在大量的人力资源没有得到充分、节目采购成本较高、时间成本较长,以及影视剧频道对制作质量要求越来越高等情况,提出一种基于非线性编辑技术的影视剧无带化送播设计方案,真正实现节目制作人力资源、时间成本、母带的采购成本最小化,转换传统的制作播出模式,制作播出方式方便快捷、灵活机动,与此同时制作采购成本得以极大降低。

In view of the fact that a large number of human resources are not fully utilized in the traditional production and broadcasting mode of film and television series, the higher cost of program procurement, the longer time cost and the higher and higher requirement for production quality of film and television series, this paper proposes a design of non-tape broadcasting for film and television series based on non-linear editing technology, which can truly minimize the human resources of program production, the time cost and the purchasing cost of the master tape, changing the traditional production and broadcasting mode, making the broadcasting mode convenient, fast and flexible.
