轧制线调整装置故障分析及处理

An analysis and treatment on the failure of rolling line adjustment device

文中对国产单机架六辊可逆轧机生产运行时出现轧制线调整装置无法保持恒定现象进行分析和判断,发现在轧制线调整装置斜锲板间存在油污,此油污起到了润滑作用,从而破坏了轧制线调整装置的自锁功能.随后对故障进行处理,并提出了防范措施.该故障的分析及处理为同行业中类似故障处理提供了参考.

In this paper, it is analyzed and judged that the rolling line adjustment device could not remain steady during the operation of domestic-made high reversible rolling mill with one stand. It was found that there was oil stain between the inclined plates of the rolling line adjusting device, which worked as lubrication and hereby damaged the auto-lock function of the device. Then the fault is dealt with and preventive measures are put forward, which could provide reference for similar fault treatment in the same industry.
