分娩球配合自由体位助产对初产妇产痛、分娩控制感及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of delivery ball combined with free position midwifery on pain,sense of birth control and pregancy outcome

目的分娩球配合自由体位助产对初产妇产痛、分娩控制感及妊娠结局的影响.方法选择该院于2017年2月至2018年4月间收治的104例产妇,按照分娩先后顺序划分为干预组与对照组,各52例,为干预组产妇提供分娩球配合自由体位助产模式,为对照组产妇提供一般助产护理,评价两组产妇疼痛、分娩控制感、新生儿Apgar评分;产程及满意率.结果干预组产妇疼痛评分、分娩控制感评分、新生儿Apgar评分、自然分娩率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组产妇第一产程、第二产程用时均较短,干预组产妇对护理服务非常满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产科护士为产妇提供分娩球联合自由体位干预,可有效提高产妇分娩控制感、疼痛感、新生儿Apgar评分,缩短产程,提高自然分娩率.

To investigate the effect of delivery ball and free position midwifery on pain,sense of birth control and pregnancy outcome.Methods From February 2017 to April 2018,104 cases of puerpera admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to the order of delivery,52 ca-ses of each group.The delivery ball with free position midwifery mode was provided for the women in the intervention group,and general midwifery care was provided for the women in the control group.The pain,sense of birth control,Apgar score,labor process and satisfaction rate of the two groups were evaluated.Results The pain score,sense of control score,neonatal Apgar score and natural delivery rate in the intervention group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor were shorter in the intervention group,and the maternal satisfaction rate of nursing service in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Obstetric nurses provide birt-hing balls combined with free postural intervention,which can effectively improve maternal sense of control,sense of pain,neonatal Apgar score,shorten the labor process,and improve the rate of natural delivery.
