This paper focuses on the difficulties in the current targeted poverty alleviation.On this basis,the demand analysis of targeted poverty reduction is carried out.The main standards for targeted poverty identification,targeted policy and evaluation are listed,laying a solid foundation for the fight against poverty and providing methods and means.
