The state-owned inspection and testing institutions have played an irreplaceable role on strengthening quality supervision and promoting industrial upgrading for many years.However,there are some problems such as unclear position,low resource utilization,weak comprehensive ability and so on.This paper introduces the general situation of state-owned inspection and testing institutions,expounds in detail the main problems in the state-owned inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward some countermeasures on how to better develop inspection and testing institutions.
