基于工作机制创新的中职校创新型人才培养的实践

鉴于创新对于社会发展和个人发展的重要性,本文以江阴中专创新教育的实施为例,从创新教育课程建设、 创新 团队队伍建设、 创新人才培养模式构建和创新教育取得成效等方面, 介绍了通过创新工作机制实现创新型人才培养的实 施途径, 为中职校创新教育模式提供了参考。

In view of the importance of innovation for the social development and individual development,this paper,taking jiangyin on the implementation of the innovation education in secondary schools,for example,from the innovation education course construction,team construction,constructing innovative talent training mode and education innovation success,etc.,are introduced through innovative approaches to realize the implementation of the innovative talents training work mechanism,provides reference for innovation education in vocational schools.
