浅析二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈降低2型糖尿病餐后血糖的优越性

Analysis on the Superiority of Metformin combined with Nateglinide in Reducing Postprandial Blood Sugar in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗降低2型糖尿病餐后血糖的优越性。方法随机选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者87例,根据用药情况分成两组,治疗组43例,对照组44例。治疗组给予二甲双胍与瑞格列奈治疗,对照组单纯给予二甲双胍治疗,比较两组用药干预前,后血糖变化情,药物的临床疗效以及药物的不良反应情况。结果用药干预前FPG和2hPG比较差异无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05),用药干预后两组的FPG和2hPG两组比较有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),两组经过治疗,对照组治疗有效率为88.64%,治疗组有效率为97.67%,治疗组保持有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),比较两组药物不良反应发生无明显差异。结论二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈降低2型糖尿病餐后血糖临床疗效确切,不良反应少,患者有较好的用药依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the superiority of metformin and repaglinide in the treatment of postprandial blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 87 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected in our hospital in January 2016 to December,divided into two groups according to the medication situation,treatment group 43 cases,control group 44 cases.The treatment group was given metformin repaglinide treatment,the control group was simply given metformin treatment,compared with two groups before the intervention,the change of blood sugar,the clinical efficacy of drugs and drug adverse conditions.Results There was no significant statistical significance between the two groups of FPG and 2hPG(P>0.05),before the intervention of FPG and 2hPG,the two groups were treated,the control group was 88.64%effective,the treatment group was 97.67%,the treatment group remained effective,and the curative rate was significantly higher.Compared with the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups of adverse drug reactions.Conclusion The efficacy of metformin combined with nateglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus was definite,the adverse reaction was less,and the patients had better drug compliance,which was worthy of clinical application.
