注射用泮托拉唑钠的临床应用合理性分析

Rationality Analysis of Clinical Application of Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection

目的调查分析我院注射用泮托拉唑钠的临床应用合理性。方法从医院PASS系统中调取我院2018年7月和8月455例注射用泮托拉唑钠患者的临床资料,分析药物使用的不合理性。结果全院不合理使用共119例,不合理使用率为26.15%,其中用药指征不合理占63.87%,用法用量不合理占21.85%,联合用药不合理占8.40%,用药疗程不合理占5.88%。结论我院存在注射用泮托拉唑钠的不合理应用现象,应根据患者个体化情况选取药物、调整用法用量,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the rationality of pantoprazole sodium for injection in our hospital.Methods The clinical data of 455 patients with pantoprazole sodium for injection were collected from PASS system in our hospital in July and August 2018,and the irrationality of drug use was analyzed.Results There were 119 cases of irrational use in our hospital,and the unreasonable use rate was 26.15%.Among them,63.87%were irrational indications,21.85%were irrational usage and dosage,8.40%were irrational combination drugs,and 5.88%were irrational course of treatment.Conclusion There is irrational use of pantoprazole sodium for injection in our hospital.Drugs should be selected and dosage adjusted according to the individual situation of patients to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
