摘要
以重型自卸车为研究对象,优化设计了一款无副车架的重型自卸车车架。利用有限元对比分析有无副车架的弯曲、扭转、侧倾、举升4种典型工况,满足强度、刚度要求,实现自卸车轻量化设计整车自重11t国内领先水平。最终小批量用户试装试验通过,无副车架轻量化重型自卸车可为用户增加收益。
A heavy-duty dump truck frame with no sub-frame was designed to meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.Four typical working conditions of bending,twisting,tilting and lifting of the frame of heavy-duty dump truck were compared and analyzed by finite element method.The weight of 11 tons which is the leading level in China for lightweight design was realized.Finally,a small batch of users test successfully and the dump truck frame with no sub-frame can increase profits.
