摘要
1借用CarSim中某轿车前悬架,凭借CarSim与Isight联合仿真平台,对该车型的前悬架K&C特性进行研究优化。叙述了其优化设计的基本原理,依据操纵稳定性的国标,对该模型车进行蛇形试验工况仿真。利用Isight平台,对悬架参数进行灵敏度分析,及Multi-IslandGeneticAlgorithm对悬架参数计算优化,由蛇形绕桩试验仿真对该优化设计方法验证。
Using a car's front suspension from CarSim,based on the joint simulation platform of CarSim and Isight,the K&C characteristics of the front suspension are optimized.The basic principle of its optimization design is described.According to the national standard of steering stability,the model car is simulated by the snake-shaped test condition.Using the Isight platform,the sensitivity of the suspension parameters is analyzed and the Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm is used to optimize the suspension parameters.The optimization design method is verified by the snake-shaped pile test simulation.
