摘要
基于HNC-818数控系统自带功能,利用步距规测得数据对其X轴进行螺距误差和反向间隙的补偿设置。补偿后,再次利用步距规检测发现,它的各项位置精度指标有了明显改善。此外,该方法对提升开环和半闭环控制系统的数控机床的定位精度有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the HNC-818 CNC system,the pitch error and backlash of X-axis are compensated by the data measured by step gauge.After the compensation,the step gauge is used again to detect,and it is found that the position accuracy has been significantly improved.This method can be used for reference to improve the positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools with open-loop and semi-closed-loop control systems.
