基于有限元仿真的单元参数对悬臂梁分析结果影响的研究

摘要 针对悬臂梁结构进行有限元仿真分析,并进行单元参数化研究。从仿真结果可以看出,有限单元的数量、类型及其密度都会对悬臂梁的分析结果产生影响。分析结果表明,悬臂梁的刚度主要受单元密度的参数控制的影响,而单元类型的变化对悬臂梁最大应力的影响比较明显,同时基于四面体单元建立的悬臂梁刚度明显高于六面体单元的悬臂梁,四面体单元的应力集中最大值也更小。参数化分析揭示了悬臂梁有限元分析单元建立的机理,可为后续悬臂梁的设计、优化提供理论帮助。 Finite element simulation analysis and element parameterization of cantilever beam structure are carried out.From the simulation results,it can be seen that the number,type and density of the finite element will affect the analysis results of the cantilever beam.The analysis results show that the stiffness of the cantilever beam is mainly controlled by the element density,and the change of element type has a significant influence on the maximum stress of the cantilever beam.Meanwhile,the stiffness of the cantilever beam based on tetrahedral element is significantly higher than that of the cantilever beam based on hexahedral element,and the maximum stress concentration of tetrahedral element is also smaller.Through parametric analysis,the mechanism of the cantilever beam finite element analysis unit is revealed,which provides theoretical help for the design and optimization of the cantilever beam.
