摘要
工程机械产品中焊接是最主要的连接方式。在各类产品中,因焊接结构件中疲劳裂纹的生成、扩展,最终导致产品失效的市场反馈居多。由于焊趾区域是焊缝中最易产生缺陷及失效的区域,所以提高和改善焊缝焊趾处疲劳强度对产品质量提升具有重要意义。TIG焊趾重熔处理是消除应力集中和焊接缺陷的手段之一,可以有效降低疲劳失效的风险,且相较于传统的焊趾打磨方法,效率更高,成本更低,适合于大范围的推广使用。
Welding is the most important connection mode in construction machinery products.In all kinds of products,the fatigue cracks in welded structures are generated and propagated,and finally the market feedback of product failure is the majority.Because the weld toe area is the most vulnerable area to defects and failure,it is important to improve the fatigue strength of weld toe to improve the quality of products.TlG toe dressing is one of the means to eliminate stress concentration and welding defects,which can effectively reduce the risk of fatigue failure.Compared with traditional toe grinding method,it has higher efficiency and lower cost,and is suitable for wide application.
