摘要
确保民用飞机使用的安全性至关重要,须对飞机进行维修检测。红外热像检测技术能够准确识别飞机内部的缺陷及损伤,从形式上分为主动式与被动式两种方式。相比较于其他检测方法,红外检测具有操作简单、效率高等优点。在对民用飞机进行维修检测时,常采用电吹风方法与电热毯方法检测方向舵、升降舵积水情况。
It is very important to ensure the safety of the civil aircraft.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out maintenance and inspection of the aircraft.Infrared thermal image inspection technology can accurately identify the defects and damages inside the aircraft.From the form,infrared inspection can be divided into active and passive methods.Compared with other detection methods,infrared inspection has the advantages of simple operation and high efficiency In the maintenance and inspection of civil aircraft,the methods of electric blower and electric blanket are often used to detect the water accumulation of rudder and elevator.
