Research on the Training Strategy of Automation Talents in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of intelligent Manufacturing

介绍智能制造背景及内涵、智能制造对人才的需求及我国相关专业人才建设情况,阐述高职自动化专业人才培养现状及存在的问题,从校企合作、课程体系改革、创新创业意识和能力培养等方面进行人才培养策略研究。

This paper introduces the background and connotation of intelligent manufacturing,the demand of intelligent manufacturing for talents and the construction of relevant professionals in China.This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems in the training of automation professionals in higher vocational colleges,and studies the training strategies from the aspects of school enterprise cooperation,curriculum system reform,innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and ability training.
