论唐宋佛寺壁画诗之演进

The poems on the murals in Buddhist temples evolved from conciseness to formality in the Tang dynasty while the poems of the Song dynasty not only described the minute features of the mural paintings,but also commented on the painting art.The main reasons for the evolution lie in different aesthetic pursuits,the differences in the situation and moods of the poets,and the needs of enhancing the artistic realm of poetry.
