大学生学业评价方法问题叙事及改进策略

摘要 大学生的学业评价不仅与高等教育的质量密切相关,而且对学生个体的全面发展有着重要影响。基于教育叙事和问卷调查相结合的研究方法,发现大学生学业评价方法存在以下问题:评价方法趋于形式化;评价对促进大学生创新能力和批判性思维能力发展重视不够;教师与学生之间对评价结果反馈不及时;学业评价方法运用存在偏差,学校的监督不到位。针对此,应采取如下策略改进大学生学业评价方法:更新教师、学生的评价观念;加强教师与学生的交流,共同参与评价;加强评价监督,规范学校学业评价管理等。 Academic evaluation on college Students is not only closely related to the quality of higher education,but also has an important impact on the overall development of students.Based on education narrative and questionnaire survey,the following problems are found:formalized evaluation methods;limited attention on the evaluation for promoting the development of students’innovative ability and critical thinking;delayed feedback;improper application of evaluation methods;and insufficient supervision from the school.In view of this,the following strategies should be taken to improve the situation:innovate the evaluation concept of teachers and students;strengthen the communication between teachers and students and participate in the evaluation together;strengthen the evaluation supervision,standardize the management of school academic evaluation and so on.
