地方高校开展文化扶贫的实践与探索——以安康学院为例

Practice and Exploration of Cultural Poverty-alleviation in Local Colleges and Universities——Take Ankang University as an Example

文化扶贫是精准扶贫的内在要求。地方高校开展文化扶贫,是地方高校服务国家战略、补齐脱贫攻坚"短板"的应有担当。当前,贫困地区文化扶贫还存在着职能弱化、不够精准、融入乡村振兴战略意识不足等问题。安康市属于深度贫困地区,是全国脱贫攻坚主战场的核心战区。安康学院作为安康市唯一一所省属全日制普通公办本科院校,积极开展文化扶贫的实践与探索,取得了一些有益的经验,为如何激发贫困地区内生动力、巩固脱贫成果、实施乡村振兴战略规划提供了启示。

Cultural poverty alleviation is the internal requirement of targeted poverty alleviation.Local colleges and universities should carry out cultural poverty alleviation,which is the responsibility of local colleges and universities to serve the national strategy and make up for the"short board"of poverty alleviation.Nowadays,cultural poverty alleviation in poor areas still has some problems,such as weak functions,lack of precision,and the lack of awareness of the strategy of integrating into rural revitalization.Ankang belongs to the area of severe poverty and is the core area of the main battlefield of poverty alleviation.Ankang university,as the only provincial full-time general public undergraduate college in Ankang,actively carries out the practice and exploration of cultural poverty alleviation,and has obtained some useful experience,which provides enlightenment for how to stimulate the endogenous power of poverty-stricken areas,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and implement the strategic plan of Rural Revitalization.
