儿童期创伤对大学生手机依赖的影响:情绪平衡的中介作用

摘要 目的探讨大学生手机依赖和儿童期创伤之间的关系,以及情绪平衡在它们之间的中介效应,从而为降低大学生对智能手机的依赖提供参考。方法采用方便取样的方式并分别使用儿童期心理虐待与忽视量表、情绪平衡量表、大学生智能手机成瘾量表对选取的290名在校大学生进行问卷测查。结果(1)儿童期创伤总分及各维度得分与手机依赖总分及各维度得分均呈显著正相关,而与情绪平衡存在显著负相关;情绪平衡与手机依赖总分及各维度得分具有显著负相关。(2)结构方程模型及Boot-strap检验显示:儿童期创伤能显著正向预测大学生手机依赖,情绪平衡在这一过程中发挥部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应比例为9.75%。结论在家庭教育和学校教育中,应重视儿童期创伤和情绪平衡对大学生手机依赖的影响。 Objective To explore the relationship between college students’mobile phone dependence and childhood trauma,and the mediating effect of emotional balance among them,so as to provide reference for reducing college students’dependence on smart phones.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 290 college students selected by means of convenient sampling and using the Childhood Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale,the Emotional Balance Scale and the College Student Smartphone Addiction Scale.Results(1)The total scores of childhood trauma and the scores of each dimension were significantly positively correlated with the scores of mobile phone dependence and the scores of each dimension,but were significantly negatively correlated with the emotional balance;the emotional balance and the total score of mobile phone dependence and the scores of each dimension.Has a significant negative correlation.(2)Structural equation model and Boot-strap test show that childhood trauma can significantly predict college students’mobile phone dependence,and emotional balance plays a partial mediating effect in this process.The mediating effect accounts for 9.75%of the total effect.Conclusion In family education and school education,attention should be paid to the impact of childhood trauma and emotional balance on college students’mobile phone dependence.
