精准扶贫背景下贫困大学生救助体系研究

加大贫困大学生救助力度是国家实施精准扶贫精准脱贫战略的重要政策,落实好这一政策,需要在正确理解教育救助内涵的基础上,建设完善的救助体系。贫困大学生救助是指各级政府、学校和社会对因经济原因而接受高等教育有困难的学生给予资金、入学机会、精神、心理、学习、生活、就业创业等方面的救助,以帮助贫困大学生完成学业,顺利就业,摆脱贫困。认真分析救助主体和救助项目的组成因素,充分发挥各救助主体在各个救助项目上的作用,让贫困大学生得到全面、适度的救助,能够保证贫困大学生救助产生良好的效果。

Strengthening the rescue of poor college students is an important policy for the country to take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.To implement this policy,we need to build a sound aid system based on a correct understanding of the connotation of education and assistance.Aid for poor college students refers to the help of all levels of government,schools and society in granting funds,enrollment opportunities,mental and psychological health,learning,life,employment and entrepreneurship to students who have difficulties in accepting higher education for economic reasons,helping poor college students to complete their studies,get a successful job,and get rid of poverty.The components of the aid main body and projects should be carefully analyzed in order to give full play to the role of the aid main body in various aid projects,so that the poor college students can receive comprehensive and appropriate assistance,which can ensure that the relief of poor college students produces good results.
