视频脑电图结果与脑外伤患儿预后智力水平的相关性研究

Correlation between video EEG and prognosis intelligence in children with traumatic brain injury

目的探讨脑外伤患儿视频脑电图结果对预后智力障碍的预测价值。方法选取2016-02-2018-07郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的50例发生脑外伤后1周内进行视频脑电图检测的患儿,进行中国韦氏儿童智力测验,Spearman秩相关分析考察脑电图与预后智力障碍的相关性。结果与正常组相比,呈中、重度异常脑电图的患儿预后智力显著下降(P<0.05);脑电图分级与智力评分呈负相关。结论视频脑电图可作为预测脑外伤患儿预后智力水平的辅助指标。

Objective To evaluate the value of video EEG detection in the assessment of prognosis and mental retardation in children with traumatic brain injury.Methods From February 2016 to July 2018,a total of 50 children with brain trauma who underwent video-EEG examination within one week were selected from the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University.The Chinese Wechsler children’s intelligence test and Spearman rank correlation analysis were used to examine the correlation between EEG and prognosis of mental retardation.Results The prognostic intelligence of children with traumatic brain injury with moderate and severe abnormal EEG was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The correlation analysis between EEG grading and intelligence score showed a negative correlation.Conclusion EEG can be used as an auxiliary indicator to understand the intelligence level of children with traumatic brain injury.
