养血清脑颗粒治疗脑动脉硬化症性头晕的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究养血清脑颗粒在脑动脉硬化症性头晕中的应用价值。方法选择2015-09-2016-10河南焦作市第五人民医院接诊的脑动脉硬化症性头晕患者96例,采用电脑随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组各48例。2组均常规应用西比灵胶囊,观察组同时加用养血清脑颗粒。综合分析2组血液流变学的改善情况,并对其临床疗效等指标进行比较。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的70.83%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组经多普勒变化情况明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血浆黏度、全血黏度和红细胞比积明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑动脉硬化症性头晕中积极应用养血清脑颗粒,有助于改善患者的血液流变学和经多普勒变化情况,提高疗效。 Objective To study the application value of Yangxue Qingnao Granule in cerebral arteriosclerosis dizziness.Methods Ninety-six patients with cerebral arteriosclerotic dizziness who were admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Jiaozuo City,Henan Province from September 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Xibiling capsules were routinely applied in both groups,and the serum was collected from the observation group.Comprehensive analysis of the improvement of blood rheology in the two groups,and comparison of their clinical efficacy and other indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.83%).There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The Doppler changes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and hematocrit of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active application of serum cerebral granules in cerebral arteriosclerotic dizziness can improve the patient’s hemorheology and Doppler changes and improve the curative effect.
