摘要
目的探讨同理心在神经内科的实际应用效果。方法选取郑州市某三甲级医院神经内科2019-01-03收入患者112例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组56例。实验组除常规治疗护理外,同时实施同理心干预,对照组进行神经内科常规护理措施。出院时调查2组患者的满意度,评估同理心的实施效果。结果实施同理心干预后,实验组患者治疗依从性明显改善,满意度显著高于对照组(94.43%vs 83.93%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1.019,P<0.05)。结论神经内科患者的病程较长,自身自理能力差,健康状况不乐观,可通过实施同理心护理,提升患者治疗依从性,改善护患关系,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the practical application of empathy in neurology and its influence on patients.Methods A total of 112 patients from January 2019 to March 2019 in the department of neurology of a municipal hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,56 patients in each group,respectively the control group and the experimental group.In addition to conventional treatment and nursing,the experimental group also implemented specific empathy intervention,while the control group only implemented conventional treatment and nursing in the department of neurology.The satisfaction of patients in both groups was investigated upon discharge.The effectiveness of empathy was evaluated.Results After the implementation of empathy intervention,the treatment compliance of patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the satisfaction of patients was significantly improved.Conclusion Due to poor self-care ability,long course of disease and poor health status of patients in neurology department,empathy can gradually establish a harmonious and mutual trust relationship between doctors and patients,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients in neurology department.
