早期微创削痂对小儿躯干及四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合情况的影响

Effect of early minimally invasive escharectomy on the wound healing of deep second degree burn in the trunk and limbs of children

目的探讨早期微创削痂对小儿躯干及四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合情况的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年10月收治的62例躯干及四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组患儿接受常规治疗,观察组患儿接受早期微创削痂治疗。比较两组患儿的创面基本愈合时间、换药次数、住院时间及创面感染情况。结果观察组患儿的创面基本愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的创面感染率为3.23%,低于对照组的19.35%(P<0.05)。结论早期微创削痂治疗小儿躯干及四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤有助于缩短创面愈合时间,减少换药次数,降低创面感染率,促进患儿快速恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of early minimally invasive escharectomy on the wound healing of deep second degree burn in the trunk and limbs of children. Methods From February 2016 to October 2018, 62 children with deep second degree burn in the trunk and limbs admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, the observation group received early minimally invasive escharectomy treatment. The basic healing time of wound, dressing change times, hospitalization time and wound infection of the two groups were compared. Results The basic healing time of wound and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the dressing change times was less than that in the control group(P <0.05). The infection rate of wound in the observation group was 3.23%, which was lower than 19.35% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early minimally invasive escharectomy in the treatment of deep second degree burn in the trunk and limbs of children is helpful to shorten the time of wound healing, reduce the the dressing change times and the infection rate of wound, and it can promote the rapid recovery of children, which is worth of clinical popularizing.
