水胶体敷料用于肾病综合征患者胸腔引流管固定的效果

Effect of hydrocolloid dressing on fixation of thoracic drainage tube in patients with nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨水胶体敷料用于肾病综合征(NS)患者胸腔引流管固定的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于我院行胸腔引流术的67例NS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(34例,3M透明敷料固定胸腔引流管)和观察组(33例,水胶体敷料固定胸腔引流管)。比较两组患者引流管固定相关不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的引流管固定敷料卷边脱落、穿刺点感染、皮肤过敏、非计划性拔管发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料在临床护理工作中可替代3M透明敷料有效地固定NS患者的胸腔引流管,减轻护理人员的工作量,降低穿刺点感染、皮肤过敏及非计划性拔管发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocolloid dressing on fixation of thoracic drainage tube in patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods A total of 67 patients with NS who underwent thoracic drainage in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into control group(34 cases, 3 M transparent dressing to fix the thoracic drainage tube) and observation group(33 cases, hydrocolloid dressing to fix the thoracic drainage tube) by random number table method. The occurrence of drainage tube fixation related adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of curling off of the drainage tubes fixed dressings,puncture point infection, skin allergy and unplanned extubation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing can replace 3 M transparent dressing in clinical nursing work to effectively fix the thoracic drainage tube of NS patients, reduce the workload of nursing staff, and it can reduce the incidences of puncture point infection, skin allergy and unplanned extubation.
