老年综合评估联合动机性访谈在老年高血压患者中的应用价值

Application value of comprehensive geriatric assessment combined with motivational interviewing in elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨老年综合评估(CGA)联合动机性访谈在老年高血压患者中的应用价值。方法采用分层随机法将本院收治的160例老年高血压患者分为对照组与观察组,各80例。对照组仅采用传统访视干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予CGA联合动机性访谈干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组家庭功能及自我效能感评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据CGA结果采用动机性访谈干预可改善老年高血压患者的家庭功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA) combined with motivational interviewing in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by stratified random method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was only given traditional visit intervention, and the observation group was given CGA combined with motivational interviewing on basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of family function and self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The motivational interviewing based on CGA results can improve the family function of elderly patients with hypertension, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
