摘要
目的:探讨用右美托咪定对进行全身麻醉手术的老年患者实施麻醉诱导对其手术后认知功能的影响.方法:选取2017年6月至2018年10月期间在西南医科大学附属中医院进行全身麻醉手术的38例老年患者作为研究对象.将这些患者平均分为综合组和参照组.用右美托咪定对综合组患者进行麻醉诱导,为参照组患者静脉推注等量的生理盐水.采用咪达唑仑、舒芬太尼、维库溴铵、丙泊酚对两组患者进行全身麻醉.然后比较在手术前及手术后的不同时间两组患者简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)的评分及其对麻醉效果的满意度.结果:在手术前1 d及手术后的3 d、7 d时,两组患者MMSE的评分相比,P>0.05.在手术后的4 h、1 d时,综合组患者MMSE的评分均高于参照组患者,P<0.05.综合组患者对麻醉效果的满意率高于参照组患者,P<0.05.结论:用右美托咪定对进行全身麻醉手术的老年患者实施麻醉诱导的效果较为理想,不会明显影响其手术后的认知功能.
objective:to investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods:38 elderly patients who underwent general anesthesia in the affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of southwest medical university from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects.These patients were equally divided into the general group and the control group.Patients in the comprehensive group were induced with dexmedetomidine,and patients in the control group were given intravenous injection of equal amount of saline.Midazolam,sufentanil,vecuronium bromide and propofol were used for general anesthesia.The score of MMSE before and after the operation were compared.Results:at 1 d before surgery and 3 d and 7 d after surgery,the MMSE scores of the two groups were P>0.05.At 4 h and 1 d after surgery,MMSE scores in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the control group P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of the general group was higher than that of the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:the effect of dexmedetomidine on anesthesia induction in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia is relatively ideal,and it will not significantly affect their cognitive function after surgery.
