对75例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行康复治疗的效果探讨

To explore the effect of rehabilitation treatment on 75 elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint

目的:研究对75例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行康复治疗的临床效果.方法:选择2018年1月至2019年1月期间资阳市雁江区中医医院收治的150例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象.按照入院的先后顺序将这些患者分为康复治疗组(RBT组,n=75)与常规治疗组(CTR组,n=75).对两组患者均进行膝关节腔内注药治疗,在此基础上对RBT组患者进行康复治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、LKS评分、VAS评分及其发生不良反应的情况.结果:RBT组患者治疗的总有效率高于CTR组患者,P<0.05.治疗后,RBT组患者的VAS评分低于CTR组患者,其LKS评分高于CTR组患者,P<0.05.治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05.结论:对老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行膝关节腔内注药治疗的同时,对其实施康复治疗可显著提高其疗效,减轻其膝关节疼痛的症状,改善其膝关节的功能,且治疗的安全性较高.

objective:to study the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy on 75 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:150 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to ziyang yanjiang district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.These patients were divided into rehabilitation group(RBT group,n=75)and conventional treatment group(CTR group,n=75)according to the order of admission.Patients in both groups were treated with intracavity injection of knee joint,and patients in the RBT group were treated with rehabilitation therapy on this basis.Then,the clinical efficacy,LKS score,VAS score and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of RBT group was higher than that of CTR group,P<0.05.After treatment,VAS score in the RBT group was lower than that in the CTR group,and LKS score was higher than that in the CTR group,P<0.05.During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was P>0.05 Conclusion:when the elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis are treated with intracavitary injection of drugs,rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce the symptoms of knee pain and improve the function of knee joint,and the safety of treatment is relatively high.
