对接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的患者实施个性化护理的效果研究

目的:探讨对接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的卵巢囊肿患者实施个性化护理的效果.方法:将2016年1月至2018年9月在成都市青白江区妇幼保健院接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的100例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为个性化护理组和普通护理组.对普通护理组患者实施普通护理,对个性化护理组患者实施个性化护理.然后比较两组患者手术的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间、术毕至胃肠道蠕动功能恢复正常的时间、术后住院的时间、皮下气肿、切口感染等术后并发症发生率、疼痛症状的评分、生活质量的评分和对护理的满意率.结果:接受护理后,个性化护理组患者疼痛症状的评分、皮下气肿、切口感染等术后并发症发生率均低于普通护理组患者,其生活质量的评分和对护理的满意率均高于普通护理组患者,其手术的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间、术毕至胃肠道蠕动功能恢复正常的时间和术后住院的时间均短于普通护理组患者,P<0.05.结论:对接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的卵巢囊肿患者实施个性化护理的效果较好.

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing for patients with ovarian cyst who received laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.Methods:from January 2016 to September 2018,100 patients who received laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in qingbaijiang maternal and child health hospital of chengdu were randomly divided into personalized nursing group and general nursing group.Patients in the general nursing group were given general nursing and patients in the personalized nursing group were given personalized nursing.Then,the operation time,the time after the operation to get out of bed,the time after the operation to return to normal gastrointestinal peristalsis function,the postoperative hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications such as subcutaneous emphysema,incision infection,the score of pain symptoms,the score of quality of life and the satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:after care,individualized nursing patients pain symptom score,subcutaneous emphysema and infection of incision,postoperative complication rates were lower than patients with normal nursing group,the ratings of the quality of life and to the satisfaction of nursing were higher than normal nursing group of patients,the operation time,the time and never put off till tomorrow what you can to ambulation to finish to gastrointestinal peristalsis function returned to normal time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than patients with normal nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the effect of individualized nursing for patients with ovarian cyst who received laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal is better.
