互动式头针联合易化技术对卒中患者下肢运动障碍的影响

Rehabilitation Evaluation of Interactive Scalp Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Facilitation Technique on Stroke Patients with Lower Extremity Dyskinesia

目的:观察互动式头针联合易化技术对卒中患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法:90例卒中恢复期伴下肢运动障碍患者随机分为互动式头针组、传统头针组和对照组,各30例,分别给予对应治疗,连续治疗4周后按5米折返试验评定移动能力、Berg平衡量表评估平衡功能、改良Barthel指数综合评价整体康复疗效。结果:治疗后3组5米折返试验时间、Berg评分、改良Barthel指数均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01);治疗前后差值比较,互动式头针组5米折返试验、Berg评分均大于传统头针组和对照组(P<0.05),改良Barthel指数大于对照组(P<0.05),与传统头针组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗前后差值比较,传统头针组5米折返试验、Berg评分与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),改良Barthel指数大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:互动式头针方案有助于卒中患者下肢运动障碍改善,提高其移动能力。

Objective:To observe the effect of interactive scalp acupuncture therapy combined with facilitation technique on stroke patient with lower extremity dyskinesia.Methods:90 stroke patients with lower extremity dyskinesia were randomly divided into the interactive scalp acupuncture,the traditional scalp acupuncture group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Corresponding treatment was carried out in each group.After four weeks of treatment,5m return test was used to assess the mobility,the Berg scale was used to evaluate the balance function,and the modified Barthel index was used to assess the comprehensive rehabilitation effect.Results:After the treatment,time used in 5 meters return test,the scores of Berg scale and modified Barthel index were all improved in the three groups after the treatment(P<0.01).The improvements of 5 meters return test and the scores of Berg scale were more significant in the interactive scalp acupuncture group than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of modified Barthel index,it was greater in the interactive scalp acupuncture group than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the interactive scalp acupuncture group and the traditional scalp acupuncture group(P>0.05).There were no significant difference between the traditional scalp acupuncture group and the control group in 5 meters return test and in the scores of Berg scale after the treatment(P>0.05);whereas the traditional scalp acupuncture group was better than the control group in terms of the improvement of the modified Barthel index.Conclusion:Interactive scalp acupuncture therapy can improve the mobility of the stroke patients with lower extremity dyskinesia.
