“手六针”针灸方案对肩周炎患者关节活动度及炎症因子的影响

Effect of “Hand-Six-Needle”Acupuncture on Range of Motion and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:探究“手六针”针灸方案治疗对肩周炎患者关节活动度及炎症因子的影响。方法:采集2016年7月—2017年12月我院收治的180例肩周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各90例,对照组采用常规西药,观察组采用“手六针”针灸方案进行治疗,观察临床疗效和治疗前后患者疼痛评分(MPQ)、Constant-Murley肩关节评分(CMS)、肩关节活动度(前屈、后伸、上举、外展、内收)、炎症因子(IL-10,TNF-α,PGE 2)水平。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率(95.6%)高于对照组(86.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肩关节前屈、后伸、上举、外展、内收活动角度、IL-10值均增加,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组TNF-α、PGE 2、CMS、MPQ评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“手六针”针灸方案治疗肩周炎能改善患者炎症因子水平,提高肩关节活动度,减轻疼痛。

Objective:To investigate the effects of“Hand-Six-Needle”acupuncture on the range of motion(ROM)and inflammatory factors in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A total of 180 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=90)and the observation group(n=90).The control group was treated with conventional western medication,and the observation group was treated with“Hand-Six-Needle”acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,scores of McGill Pain Questionnaire(MPQ)and Constant-Murley shoulder joint(CMS),range of motion(flexion,extension,lift,abduction,adduction)and levels of inflammatory factors(IL-10,TNF-α,PGE 2)were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%,which was significantly higher than 86.7%of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the range of motion,such as flexion,extension,lift,abduction and adduction,were significantly improved and IL-10 value was increased in the two group;of which,the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand PGE 2,as well as the scores of CMS and MPQ were greatly decreased in the two groups after the treatment;the decreases in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Hand-Six-Needle”acupuncture can improve the levels of inflammatory factors,improve ROM and relieve pain in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.
