小针刀配合针刺阴陵泉穴治疗肩周炎的疗效及对活动功能改善的影响

Effect of Acupotomy Combined with Needling SP9 in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis and Its Influence to ROM

目的:研究小针刀配合针刺阴陵泉穴治疗肩周炎的疗效及对活动功能改善的影响。方法:选取我院160例肩周炎患者,按照简单随机化方法随机分为两组,各80例。对照组给予针刺阴陵泉穴治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予小针刀治疗,两组患者持续治疗30天。对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、VAS评分、肩关节活动度(ROM)和安全性。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);并且治疗组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者后伸、前屈、内收、外展和外旋ROM均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);并且治疗组患者后伸、前屈、内收、外展和外旋ROM均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用小针刀配合针刺阴陵泉穴治疗肩周炎能够显著提高治疗效果,降低疼痛度,改善患者肩关节活动功能。

Objective:To study the curative effect of acupotomy combined with needling Yinlingquan acupoint(SP9)in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and its influence to shoulder range of motion(ROM).Methods:160 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the treatment group(n=80).The control group was treated with needling SP9;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with acupotomy.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,VAS scores,shoulder range of motion(ROM)and safety of the therapies were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores were significantly lowered after the treatment in the two groups compared to those before the treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Posterior extension,anterior flexion,adduction,abduction and external ROM were better improved after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with needling SP9 can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain and improve the ROM of shoulder joint in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
